In order for your skin look it's best and most youthful, it is vital to remain hydrated at all times. This means drinking lots of fresh, pure, cold water throughout the day. It doesn't have to be mineral water - from the faucet will do just as well. Drinking water offers lots of other benefits too.


WHY IS WATER SO GOOD FOR YOU?


Water is the purpose of human life. For a start, our bodies are made up of about 60 - 70,percent of water. Blood is mostly water, and your muscles, Lungs and brain all contain a lot of water. Your body needs water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to all your organs. Water also transport oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joints and organs.

Water is a great tool for weight loss, it is a great appetite suppressant.
